I created TheDillyBalm from a place I never expected to be—rebuilding my life after domestic violence.
What started as a hobby became part of my healing and eventually, a way to help other survivors too. I wanted to create something that reminded women that self-care isn’t selfish, starting over can be powerful, and what we’ve survived doesn’t get to define what comes next.
